He brings to the table over 25 years of experience in all areas of financial accounting, litigation support, taxation, and business consultation. Suzanne Barefield, CPA - Partner Suzanne graduated with honors from Troy State University with a BS in Accounting. During her 20 plus years of experience in the accounting profession Suzanne has become an expert in the compensation and benefits arena. Tracy Knowles, CPA/ABV, CVA - Partner Tracy graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a BS in Accounting and a Masters of Taxation. He began his career as a tax consultant for a national Big Six accounting firm. Tracy's areas of expertise revolve around tax and financial issues that affect the small to medium size business.  Tracy holds the following credentials in business valuations: Accredited in Business Valuations by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Certified Valuation Analysts form the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.  Stephanie Brookins, CPA - Partner      Stephanie graduated with honors from Troy State University with a BS in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. Stephanie began her career in the private sector before entering the public arena. Her areas of expertise are focused on tax issues affecting individuals, small businesses, and audits of non-profit and for-profit entities.
